Aphthus Ulcer
These are painful superficial ulcer which occures any part of oral cavity, cause is unknwon but sometimes associated with corhn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
Minor
Major
They are cured spontaneously after 14 to 15 day. It may be recurrent and multiple in number.
Rx.
1. Mouth wash with tetracycline.
2. Local steroid Hydrocortisone may be applied
